The groom busily moved around as guests arrived while the bride finished getting ready for the ceremony. The long awaited day finally arrived. Once Brittiny was ready, everyone took their seats and awaited the bride and her father to walk down the aisle at this outdoor wedding. One surprise that Justin wasn’t aware of was that their two grandmothers were part of the procession as flowergirls!

The day couldn’t have been more perfect and the lighting was the absolute best for their outdoor ceremony. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed dinner outside under the moon. We were so thankful that Brittiny and Justin set aside time for portraits of the two of them and it was definitely worth it!

Among their many great character traits (and there surely are many of them!), their senses of humor is one of the best! These two love to laugh and love to make each other laugh. We actually have footage of some impromptu dance footage while we were shooting.

As always, we try to find out more about our couples so that we can personalize their engagement session. This includes asking about activities that they like to do together. We soon discovered that Annie and Chris love visiting breweries so we immediately thought of shooting at St Arnold Brewing! Other visitors at the brewery that it was pretty cool that Annie and Chris were having their engagement session there!

We later headed outside and took advantage of the gorgeous sunlight! The session went until sundown and didn’t end until we photographed huge sunglasses, fake beards, and a Nerf gun war. So much fun!

Two words that can be used to describe Jasmine and Sean’s wedding day: fun and family. Everyone is considered family and everyone had so much fun! It truly was a day full of energy and so much support from loved ones. The outdoor ceremony took place on the most perfect day at Giando on the Water with the Williamsburg Bridge in the background. It was so wonderful to see everyone so excited about seeing Jasmine and Sean get married. They are two very lucky people!

After the ceremony, a few cigars and a few pictures outside, everyone gathered at the reception for a fun-filled night. This.group.knows.how.to.dance! Between toasts, dancing, tears, and a great dinner, the night ended with a super happy couple ready to start their life together!

As a side note: these two Houstonian photographers gushed over the amazing view that we got to work with!! I realize we sound like such tourists, but….the New York City skyline in the background?! Amazing. Just simply amazing.
